After almost a year of no posts, I've become inspired by the foods I've eaten recently and decided to express my voice once more. What can you expect from me this year? I'm hoping to create a point of view that is informative, delicious, and most importantly, me. If you like Asian foods, cuts of offal, grilled meats, and foods that appeal to old British ladies then stay tuned.
